- Do my parents or friends in Romania need Internet and PC to call me or be called?
No, they don't. Oriunde provides the Internet calls transfer to Romania and their conversion into the Romanian phone networks. Your parents, friends and acquaintances can call you from their phones or mobiles, or they may be called on the phone at home, work or on the mobile. info@oriunde.com Sus
- I live in Belgium and I don't have a USD account. How can I pay for the services offered by Oriunde?
You don't need a USD account to pay the Oriunde services. All the payments need credit cards and the currency conversion is made automatically. In order to pay for the Oriunde services, you need a valid credit card, preferably VISA or MasterCard. info@oriunde.com Sus
- What kind of phone can I connect to the phone adaptor?
When you register, you will get a phone adapter which can be connected to any classical phone - usually called analogical phone with a single line. There are no restrictions. info@oriunde.com Sus
- What kind of router and configuration do I need?
You can connect to the Internet two or more devices through the router, by using a single connection and a single Internet address, respectively. In our case, the router permits the connection to Internet both of the PC and of the phone adapter. The DSL or cable routers existing now on the market are enough for such a job. There aren't any restrictions concerning the routers. For more details, please go to What do I need? info@oriunde.com Sus
- Can I stop the computer while speaking on the phone?
Yes, you can. The phone adapter does not have any connection to your PC. This one may be stopped anytime without disturbing your phone connections. In fact, this is one of the great advantages of the Oriunde services compared to other services alike: you don't need a computer and you don't have to install any software in order to talk on the phone. The virus threat doesn't exist and it is easier to handle. info@oriunde.com Sus
- Can I stop the router or the cable/DSL modem while speaking on the phone?
In order to make use of the Oriunde services, you need an Internet connection. For that reason, the DSL or cable modem and the router must function continuously.
If, from various reasons, you must stop or reset the modem or the router, you should wait until they become 100% functional again, then you may reset the phone adapter. The adapter can be reset by unplugging the power cable for at least 10 seconds. info@oriunde.com Sus
- What kind of Internet connection do I need for using Oriunde services?
A good Internet connection is essential for the good functioning of Oriunde services and for the sound quality. The most of the worldwide DSL and cable Internet services offer a connection good enough for quality conversations. The "dial-up" connections made via a PC classic modem are not suitable for the Internet communication services. info@oriunde.com Sus
- What differences are there between Oriunde and other providers of inter-city and international communications solutions?
The Oriunde services make things possible, where both phone cards and classic telephony can't:
-worldwide free calls to and from the Oriunde registered users
- a Romanian phone number allowing your friends and people you know in Romania to call you at very advantageous rates, comparable to a Romanian inter-city call
- toll free services that allow your parents to call you free of charge (for them) from Romania
- very small rates with Romania
- worldwide unbeatable rates info@oriunde.com Sus
- How do I make a call from my mobile phone?
1. 1. Register your mobile phone number in the "Oriunde" telephone switch:
- sign in your account at https://users.numarderomania.net
- click, in the menu on the left, the option "Users"
- click on option "Add ANI"
- insert your mobile phone number following these steps: prefix+number - example:
If your mobile phone number is 408-555-5555, insert: 4085555555. If you made a mistake, that's ok: when you call the access number for the first time (see below) you will hear the spelling of the correct number.
- registering a phone number from work is not recommended, only if it is a direct number, not an extension. If you insert an extension number, all the company will have international access to your "Oriunde" account.
2. SCall one of the following access numbers from the list:
Add one ore more access numbers in your mobile phone memory and the worldwide communication will become much easier.
If the costs for accessing these numbers are too high for you, or if you want an access number for another city, please contact us at info@oriunde.com and we will add other access numbers according to your request.
3. CWhen you're called, dial the phone number you want to access.
The numbers will be dialed exactly the same way you dial your "Oriunde" phone, followed by # key
Examples:

Cluj: 0264-xxx-xxx
Orange: 074x-xxx-xxx
USA: 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx
France: 011-33-xxx-xxxxx
Oriunde: 31-xxx-xxxx sau 3xx-xxx-xxx
(yes, you can call other "Oriunde" registered users)
For a faster dial up, add # key (diez, pound) from your mobile at the end of the phone number.
Note: You may place calls using the access terminals of Oriunde and for the numbers memorized in your phone agenda, by using the following dialling rule: [acces_number] [pause] [pause] [phone_number].

- Can I call 1-800 type numbers (toll-free numbers) in USA/Canada or "green" type numbers in Europe?
The Oriunde service is not geographically localized. This is why the calls to the 1-800 numbers or toll-free calls, destined to the residents from a specific country, may be dialed but they are no longer free.
The reason is that the call must be "transported" to that specific country, and this means costs. The rates for 1-800 or toll-free numbers are identical to any other phone number in that respective country.
For example, if I call a 1-800 number in USA, I will be charged with 3 cents/minute, wherever I call from. info@oriunde.com Sus
- Can I call 1-900 type numbers (toll-free numbers) in USA/Canada or other special rated services worldwide?
No, you can't. Special services are blocked in order to cut out frauds. info@oriunde.com Sus
- How can I call other Oriunde registered users? How can other Oriunde registered users call me?
You can make a free call to any other Oriunde registered user by simply dialing his/her Romanian phone number, and dropping the first "0" (zero). For example, if your friend has an Oriunde number such as: 0343-xxx-xxx, you can call him by dialing: 343-xxx-xxx. info@oriunde.com Sus
